Venues for Eclipse Watch  

On the occasion of the solar eclipse there will be Eclipse Watch set up at over 50 schools in Delhi and NCR. A list of these schools is given below.

Apart from that SPACE will be present at the following locations where everyone is invited to come and enjoy the solar eclipse experience with their own eyes.

1. India Gate (Intersection of Mansingh Road and Rajpath)
This venue is subject to weather conditions. In case of dense clouds or rain we will not be able to set up an observation at this venue. If the
weather is good we will have telescopes with solar filter, telescopes projecting the image on a screen, solar goggles and pin hole projections to view the solar eclipse.

2. Nehru Planetarium (Khushak Mahal)
We will have our educators at the planetarium to show the eclipse using a video camera projection, telescope projection and solar viewing goggles. There will also be an electronic exhibition on solar eclipses at the Nehru Planetarium.

3. CTI Parade Ground, Raja Garden, New Delhi - 27
There will be telescopic projections, video camera projections, presentation on eclipse and direct viewing using solar goggles at this venue.
